To reserve the boardroom or small conference room please submit your request through our online reservation system and contact the town clerk's office directly with any questions. It is the responsibility of the reserving party to arrange the room to meet their needs and ensure that it is returned to its original condition after use. All furniture and equipment should be returned to their original positions, and the room should be left clean and orderly. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on future reservations. 

**The Town of Pine Knoll Shores Boardroom is available for use by Town Committees, Town Clubs, Town Boards and Homeowner's Associations in Pine Knoll Shores, Unfortunately, due to liability reasons the Boardroom is not open for use to the general public.**

*Please note that boardroom reservations are subject to change in the event of a Town Hall meeting. If a Town Hall meeting is scheduled after your booking has been made, your meeting may be cancelled or relocated to another available space. we appreciate your understanding and recommend checking your reservation status closer to the date for any potential changes.*
