To reserve the boardroom or small conference room please submit your request through our online reservation system and contact the town clerk's office directly with any questions. It is the responsibility of the reserving party to arrange the room to meet their needs and ensure that it is returned to its original condition after use. All furniture and equipment should be returned to their original positions, and the room should be left clean and orderly. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on future reservations.

Here are instructions on how to make a reservation for the Boardroom.
A drop-down menu will appear, and you will click on boardroom reservation. There will be two options. The Betty Carr Boardroom and The Small Conference Room. Click on which room you would like to reserve. Once you click which room you want to reserve a calendar will pop up. Click on the day you would like to reserve the room. To the right, it will give you the availability window the boardroom is available for that day. Once you click “reserve” on the window of time you would like to reserve the boardroom you will then put in the exact time you would like to confirm. If the time you would like to reserve is not available, the boardroom is already scheduled for that time. It will then ask you if you are reserving the boardroom for yourself or someone else. Make your selection. The reservation details will pop up like you are going to make a purchase, but it clearly shows there is no charge. You will then click next and type in the appropriate information. First name, last name, and email address. The next screen will give you one more chance to make sure all the information is correct, and you can complete the process. If everything is correct you will choose to complete the process. Once you have completed the process, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. You must scroll down to the bottom of the email and click reservation details.
